1. No Legal Services or Attorney Client Relationship

MML provides the Website solely for general informational and advertising purposes. By visiting or using the Website, you agree that the information on the Website does not constitute legal or other professional advice, and that no attorney-client relationship is created between you and MML. Please do not consider the Website to be a substitute for obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your state. The information on the Website may be changed without notice and is not guaranteed to be complete, correct, or up-to-date. While MML tries to revise the Website on a regular basis, it may not reflect the most current legal developments.

The Website contains contact information for MML. If you communicate with MML via phone, email, or any other method, you agree that such a communication will not make you a client of MML, and that no attorney-client relationship will be created. An attorney-client relationship is only formed after a consultation and a retainer agreement is signed.

MML is not obliged to keep information you may send confidential unless you have an attorney-client relationship with MML. Thus, under no circumstances should you send confidential information to MML, unless you have been authorized to do so by MML, or you have a pre-existing documented attorney-client relationship with MML.

2. Privacy

MML’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of visitors to the Website. If you communicate with MML, please be aware of the risk of inadvertent disclosure of private information through misdirected or intercepted communications. When you communicate with MML, you may be asked for personal data such as your name or address. Any information received by MML will not be released to anyone else, unless required by law.
